For Friday, develop this idea. In the past there was a large push toward the idea of a NannyCam and people were putting video cameras in all sorts of strange places in order to catch their nanny potentially doing harmful or ill-advised things to the child/children they were to be watching. This has become a more recent issue with cell phone technology because it can so quickly and easily be uploaded to the web. What do you think?

Yes, there shouldn't even be a debate on this, you should be able to know what happens in your house when you are not around and how the "nanny" treats your kids. Especially the first time. I mean, why wouldn't you want to know what happens and how your kids are treated when you are not home?

I think that you should be removed from a job if you are doing things that you are not supposed to do, especially if it is in the work place. The use of cameras is very good way to make the workplace a good environment.

I think if they are doing what they are not supposed to be doing like hurting the child they are taking care of they should lose their job

I don't think that nanny cams should be allowed. When I am a parent if I have any distrust of a person I would never let them watch my children, so I feel like if the parents have to install a camera that they just shouldn't have that person watch their kids. They should become familiar with the person so there is no anxiety when the parents leave the house.
