Should video footage taken unknowingly be cause for removal from a job?
In the past there was a large push toward the idea of a NannyCam and people were putting video cameras in all sorts of strange places in order to catch their nanny potentially doing harmful or ill-advised things to the child/children they were to be watching. This has become a more recent issue with cell phone technology because it can so quickly and easily be uploaded to the web. What do you think?
